Sex Therapist and Relationship Specialist

“If someone you know or care about is struggling
in a relationship, please allow me to help.”

As a Sex Coach and Relationship Specialist, I specialize in helping high-performing executive men and their partners achieve more satisfaction in their relationships and the bedroom.
For the last ten years, I have been showing men and their partners how to get truthfully naked with each other to deepen their intimacy and reignite their desire for each other.

My Cognitive Behavioral approach, personalized to meet specific client goals, empowers them to address the hidden wounds of abandonment, neglect, and other relationship ruptures while staying focused on immediate solutions to resolve conflict and get fast results. It’s more than sex tips, but those are part of the magic! My style is uniquely non-judgmental, compassionate, and fair.

I am a Florida Board Certified Sex Therapist who broke new ground by becoming the first Sex Coach in The Bahamas and sparking conversations on sexuality in a culture unaccustomed to my brand of direct authenticity.

In addition to my work in my private practice, I wrote a weekly column titled “Loving Relationships” for the health section of Nassau’s Tribune newspaper and hosted “Love on the Rock,” an interactive relationship radio show on Island FM. Realizing how powerful this work is for the individual and the collective, I launched my global Bare Naked brand to help people strip down to their authentic selves and create more intimate relationships in their lives.

As a Speaker, I often approach taboo conversations with an intoxicating combination of lighthearted humor and the intensity of someone who is unwilling to allow relationships to remain anything less than extraordinary. Intimate personal stories and thought-provoking insights mesmerize audiences — moving them between tears and laughter and leaving them uplifted, hopeful, and equipped to transform their love lives. Even Dr. Phil, psychologist and tv show host, shifted in his seat when I asked him about his intimate life during our interview!

Known today as the Bare Naked Coach, I travel and share my message of being Truthfully Naked.

My story

How I became the Bare naked coach

1968 | Helper

Caring for my mother while she battled lung cancer cultivated my capacity to connect with people beyond words, sense what they really need, and help them face crises with courage when I was only eight years old.

1978 - 2008 | Caregiver

Early experiences naturally inspired a career in nursing. Privileged to share in people's pain, I developed an ability to stay until they were comfortable. I also discovered the power of the mind and body to triumph over human tragedy.

2008 | Dream Catcher

After enjoying a sexually fulfilling marriage for 19 years, and listening to friends complain about their lackluster sex lives, I pursued my dream of becoming a Certified Sex Therapist.

2009 | Ground Breaker

As the first sex therapist in The Bahamas, I sparked conversations on human sexuality and relationships through my private practice, a weekly newspaper column, and an interactive relationship radio show.

2010 | Bare Naked Truth Teller

As I grew and expanded my influence, my husband was unable to stay faithfully by my side and we parted ways. Releasing this relationship deepened my compassion for those I support through relationship ruptures and endings.

2012 - Present | Author, Speaker

Deciding to build a global brand and writing my first book launched an incredible journey of articulating my purpose, learning from and challenging celebrity messengers, and traveling and sharing my message of being Truthfully Naked.

Do You Know Why Do Unhappy Couples Stay Together?

For most people, marriage is an enriching experience. Yet we all know couples that are deeply…

What to Expect

In therapy we will discuss your problems and how they are currently affecting you. In doing so, offer you techniques to help you to learn a new set of behaviours, and help you to practice this new skill until it has become embedded. You’ll also be given helpful “homework” in the form of practicing your new skills. In the process, you should experience an improvement in your symptoms. The goal of CBT is a relatively rapid improvement and the cessation of therapy within 16 weeks, but each case is unique and the duration may vary from person to person.

Answer these questions

If you answer YES to any of these questions, I strongly advise you to contact me before it’s too late.

  • Have you ever held back your real thoughts and feelings, for fear you would rock the boat?
  • Do you ever feel under appreciated, taken for granted, or perhaps – even worse – treated like a piece of furniture?
  • Doesn’t everyone want to be in a trusting and passionate relationship?
  • Do you remember those days of living on Cloud 9, when your love felt exciting and the sex was magical?
  • Does the very word ‘couple’ send shivers down your spine and make you feel momentarily trapped?
